Exploring the sonic spectrum of sound and speech, storytelling and song, CHURNING THE OCEAN aims to engage the inner vibrations that connect us all.
Our first performance was held on February 21 as part of the “Joyful Noise” weekend at Middle Way LA in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, accompanied by Lama Marut (Brian K. Smith) on guitar and singers Claire Thompson and Janeva Zentz.

2003-2005: THE VIDEO NASTY EXPERIENCE
A live audio-visual show with custom made graphics – with DJ and music producer > FreQ Nasty.
Cindy worked as art director, on development of motion graphics and animation and VJ’d the show, live. Also working with the ‘Brother’s Mogg’ (motion-capture and animators for The Lord of the Rings)
2003-2005 UK and Europe tour in clubs such as Fabric London and
festivals such as the 2004 Glastonbury Festival in the UK, Glu Glu in
Budapest, Break Nation in Spain and Lab Art in St Petersburg.

A short film directed by Prue Lang. A couple (Crystal Pite and Richard Siegal) contend with the discrepancies between physical and mental space in a cryptic dual occupancy.

DANCE and PERFORMANCE
In 2002 and 2003, Cindy was invited by choreographer and director > Jerome Bell to participate in two developmental workshops for “The Show Must Go On 2″ in Melbourne and the UK.
In 2003 Cindy was invited to be an associate researcher in the Dance and Media Performance Fusion (DAMPF) labs at the 2003 Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, Germany and Animax multimedia theatre in Bonn, Germany.
